I’m Cathy and I’ve been teaching Pilates Reformer classes for more than 8 years.
Join me as I take the classes I taught this week on the Pilates Reformer.
Classes will range in level, so do what you can and feel free to modify as needed.
Pilates is for REAL people (like me) so let’s enjoy. Focus on your form, improving mobility, and challenging yourself to build strength and flexibility.
